Take the grand tour of coastal WA, from the Gascoyne down to the South-West, in an evening of culinary indulgence. The Servo team will be serving up the finest WA produce in a showcase dinner, highlighting the many gifts our great state has to offer.
Enjoy a curated list of paired drinks highlighting some of WA’s finest wineries, alongside a custom native gimlet featuring our friends at Republic of Fremantle. Four paired drinks are available as a $35 add-on and are also available for a la carte purchase on the night.

Begin your evening in the Southern Yamatji region, enjoying fresh, local Albrolhos scallops. These are harvested in the pristine waters of the Abrolhos Islands — a remote archipelago 60km off the coast of Geraldton.

Travel up North to the coastal town of Yinggarda (Shark Bay) where fisherman cast out their drag nets on moonless nights. Take the scenic route down the seaside, admiring the rolling waves and sea breeze wafting in from the ocean.

We’ve arrived in the quiet yet bustling town of Wilyabrup in the Margaret River region, to visit local family business Amelia Park. Finish off your journey and head inland to Cambray Farmhouse in Nannup, to meet the Wilde Family. Husband and wife duo Jane & Tom have been at the forefront of farmhouse cheesemaking since ’05, priding themselves on traditional methods to create a ‘true paddock to plate product’.
