In collaboration with Daph’s Restaurant and Servo, this three-course dining experience reimagines the traditional Sunday roast with a festive nod to Christmas in July. Rooted in familiarity, each course draws on the comforting flavours and rituals of a classic winter gathering.

Led by chef-owner Pepe Dart, Daph’s Restaurant has become known for open-fire cooking, seasonal WA produce, and a refined approach to modern dining.

For one special evening, Pepe will join the team at Servo in the kitchen, bringing together slow-cooked dishes, seasonal ingredients, and all the comforts of a long winter lunch around the table.
